Spontaneous Order System

The next iteration in Agile
Revised:
Agile has come a long way, today, we need something that is explicit in our mindset, culture and philosophy and framework agnostic. This is where Spontaneous Order System or SOS comes into play. Let us know what you think!
Spontaneous Order System (SOS) focuses on the underlying mindset and culture needed for agility to work. SOS is explicit in expectations around culture and ways of working rather than leaving agile principles vague or open to misinterpretation (current state). By design, SOS is bottom-up which order emerges naturally from individual interactions governed by simple, shared (but explicit) ways of working. In organizational design, SOS is to argue against rigid, packaged software frameworks but provide explicit/intentional guidelines to succeed. Instead of installing a pre-made process (like Scrum or SAFe) SOS advocates for removing corporate siloes, bureaucracy, and hierarchy so that self-organization can happen naturally. Where others focus on process (Scrum, SAFe, etc); SOS focuses on mindset, culture, philosophy and explicitly on a conducive environment allowing SOS to flourish. SOS can work with any framework or process as well.
